📄️ Creating a connection
Data Integration lets you connect to data sources. To get started with Data Integration, create a connection to your desired data source.
📄️ Creating a river
In Data Integration, a Data Pipeline refers to a River. Rivers are the primary building blocks, with three river types:
📄️ Viewing activities
Data Integration provides structured logs from connections and API requests. These logs provide an inside perspective of the processes with each of your connections.
📄️ Configuring kits
A Kit consists of a collection of River configurations that deliver rapid value across Data Integration sources and use cases, such as pulling data from Google Ads and pushing it to your data warehouse. The Kit includes all the Rivers and settings needed to run it. By clicking the Kits tab, you can view all our available kits and install them in a few clicks.
📄️ Adding variables
Variables in Data Integration enhances the creation of connections, automates procedures, and transfers values between Rivers.
📄️ Managing versions
The Data Integration versioning lets you create multiple versions of a River saved in a timeline view. Each version captures the River state at a particular time. This helps to track and revert to specific versions as needed.
📄️ Working with environments
An Environment serves as a self-contained workspace for authorized users, containing Rivers, Connections, Variables, and River groups managed by the Account Administrator.
📄️ Using Data Integration Ask AI
The Data Integration Ask AI is an intelligent assistant embedded within the Data Integration platform, designed to deliver instant, accurate responses to technical questions.
📄️ Pricing
Data Integration uses a consumption-based pricing model, where usage is measured in credits called Data Integration Pricing Units (RPUs). These credits are also referred to as Boomi Data Units (BDUs).
