The Events table on the Auditing page provides useful information on events that have occurred in a tenant.

This event type indicates that a flow version was activated.

This event type indicates that a flow version was deactivated.

This event type indicates that a flow was initalized, i.e. a runtime instance of the flow was launched/started by a user.

This event type indicates that a flow was loaded into the flow canvas.

This event type indicates that a flow package was exported.
