Boomi Enterprise Platform September 2025 Release Notes
These release notes identify the new features and bug fixes in the Boomi Enterprise Platform in September 2025. Features and fixes that are in the Runtime release are indicated. Links to additional information will appear here on the date of the Platform release.
Subject to the terms and conditions of our existing contract with your firm, and liability provisions and limits therein, we confirm that Boomi has successfully passed all applicable test cases associated with the updates identified in this product release.
Platform
This release brings several enhancements and fixes to improve the user experience in the Boomi Enterprise Platform. Various UI and performance issues have been addressed, including fixing the folder icon visibility in dark mode and improving the resource tile background in the Welcome section.

This release adds MCP tool integration, Platform JWT authentication for API tools, and Structured Input/Output mode for agents to send and receive JSON. Users can now view agent details in a read-only panel, install marketplace agents, while Agent Control Tower gains Copilot support, activity logs, anomaly detection, and new management options.

Additionally, the License Enforcement feature has been disabled across all accounts to ensure full licensing compliance and recover unpaid fees.

This release features a new Kintone (Tech Preview) connector that adds the ability to create, update, query, and delete records in Kintone apps. There are also a number of improvements to many other connectors including Database V2, JMS V2, Kafka, Oracle Database, and Workday among others.
