Maintenance Window
The October release window will be entirely dedicated to the necessary maintenance of the Boomi Enterprise Platform infrastructure. During this upgrade, Agent Garden will be temporarily unavailable for modifications, followed by a brief full outage of Agent Garden.

AI Agent Garden and Agent step
Phase 1: Read-Only Mode (10 minutes)
- Agent Garden, Agent Execution, and Agent step will be accessible in read-only mode only
- Permitted: View Agents, Tools, Packages, Deployments, Agent Execution, audit logs, and export artifacts
- Blocked: Creating, editing, or deploying Agents, Tools, or Packages
- Integration impact: No Impact on Agent Step execution
Phase 2: Full Outage (5 minutes)
- Agent Garden and Agent step will be temporarily unavailable
- Application will be inaccessible until service resumes
No is action required on your part. Service will restore automatically once the upgrade completes. Avoid time-sensitive Agent operations immediately before and during the maintenance window.
