Boomi Enterprise Platform June 2025 Release Notes

These release notes identify the new features and bug fixes in the Boomi Enterprise Platform in June 2025.

Subject to the terms and conditions of our existing contract with your firm, and liability provisions and limits therein, we confirm that Boomi has successfully passed all applicable test cases associated with the updates identified in this product release.

Maintenance Window

The June release window will be entirely dedicated to necessary maintenance of the Boomi Enterprise Platform infrastructure. The Boomi Enterprise Platform will be offline during this period.

Impact during Platform outage

Integration impact

All activities performed through the Boomi Web Interface and Platform Public APIs will not be available.
Runtime executions will continue to operate normally with the exception of interactions with the other impacted services listed below. Executions that leverage these services may produce unexpected results.

Impacted services:

Boomi Platform OAuth, which provides capabilities to connectors that are configured to use Authorization Code or Resource Owner Credentials grant types.
Boomi Platform Public APIs, including using the Platform APIs to trigger process executions..
Process Reporting Data will be delayed during the maintenance window and may need some time to catch up following the restoration of services.
Email alerts will be delayed during the maintenance window and may need some time to catch up following the restoration of services.
Platform may become out of sync with off-boarded node status for multi-node runtimes.
Runtimes will not need to be restarted as part of this maintenance update.

API Management impact

The embedded development portal may be unavailable or may produce inconsistent results.
Discovery on the API control plane may be unavailable.
Rebuilding the gateway database may not be feasible during the maintenance window.
Data displayed on the API Management will be delayed during the maintenance window and may need some time to catch up following the restoration of services.

Flow, Task Automation, Bundles, Spaces, Discover, Partner portal impact

All activities performed through the Boomi Web Interface and Platform Public APIs will not be available, including new trial registrations and user login.
Existing Flow apps that are dependent on integration executions using any of the impacted services referenced above, may also be impacted.
However, discover.boomi.com (http://discover.boomi.com/) (unauthenticated) might still be functional.

This update expands the character limit in the Agent Designer's Goal field, improving AI-generated tasks and instructions, and includes a fix for the DesignGen agent.

DataHub

Singapore and Japan Hub Clouds now support 4-byte UTF-8, enabling better character support and improved matching.

API Management

Boomi API Gateways created in the Boomi platform are now automatically discovered by the API Control Plane. Also, Boomi API Gateway environments can now be managed without creating or deploying a discovery agent.

Flow

This update includes a new hyperlink component to simplify hyperlink integration for flow builders. We enhanced the combobox component by improving the multi-select option and search functionality. We also added support for OpenAPI OIDC Client Credentials and improved MCR cloud sync functionality.
