Boomi Enterprise Platform January 2026 Release Notes

These release notes identify the new features and bug fixes in the Boomi Enterprise Platform in January 2026.

Subject to the terms and conditions of our existing contract with your firm, and liability provisions and limits therein, we confirm that Boomi has successfully passed all applicable test cases associated with the updates identified in this product release.

Platform

This release introduces several enhancements for Boomi Secrets Management service, such as the ability to push GCP credentials to individual runtime cloud attachments.

This release adds personalized agent recommendations based on your integrations, new deep links to trace logs, and improved formatting for agent responses. You’ll also find updates to MCP tool selection, Snowflake Cortex support in Agent Control Tower, and agent session logs with step-by-step reasoning to simplify monitoring and debugging.

Runtime

This release includes a new configuration user interface for Runtime Observability settings and a new Java update for the runtimes. In addition, there are enhancements to the the Atom API, RuntimeProperties API, and Runtime Observability audit logs, for improved tracking and monitoring.

Integration

This release brings new APIs and UI improvements for process management, offering programmatic control over runtime properties and streamlining process design with better naming and value assignment. Quality-of-life updates, including environment extension and cross-reference table enhancements, further improve the user experience.

Platform API and Partner API

This release includes enhancements to the the Atom API and RuntimeProperties API for better monitoring and management.

Connectivity

This release features a new partner connector from KnowBe4. In addition, there are improvements to many other connectors including, Database V2, Disk V2, JMS V2, Kafka, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Snowflake, and Workday among others.

DataHub

The Repositories UI is modernized, CORS is isolated per repository, and more updates.

Data Integration

This release introduces usability and performance improvements, including a faster Data Connector Agent setup, stricter cron validation aligned with Quartz syntax, and expanded real-time and secure integrations. Key updates include CDC support for Boomi for SAP, OAuth 2.0 enhancements across NetSuite Analytics and Zendesk connectors, and an upgrade to the Google Ads v20 API.

B2B/EDI Management

This release includes enhancements for managing custom trading partner document types and profiles, providing greater control over EDI message IDs, qualifiers, and document format options across XML and custom standards. Additionally, several defects impacting trading partner routing, certificate authorization, and content handling have been resolved.

API Management

This release adds support for multiple Boomi Gateway environments on a single Boomi API Gateway instance. New API Administrator and API Support roles and the Gateway Logs Download privilege are available for the API Gateway.

Flow

This release enhances the Flow platform with expanded runtime configuration capabilities, improved authentication handling, and new UI components for streamlining workflow design. This release enhances the Environments page with improved search, pagination, and copy ID functionality, streamlining environment management. This release also includes a version update to the ES client library, without any functionality changes.

Boomi Labs

This release expands the capabilities of the Submissions tool by enabling partners to submit Accelerators for publishing to Boomi's Marketplace.
