March 28, 2026

Automated File Transfer v6.10.0.0

New
We added these features
  • Updated the MFT Runtime transfer manager service from .NET 8 to .NET 10, providing runtime performance improvements, updated APIs, and long-term support. (AFT-456)

  • Upgraded the Thru.Util.Processing, Thru.Util.Compression, and Thru.Util.LanClient libraries to improve performance and speed, especially on large files. (AFT-411, AFT-406, AFT-412, AFT-413)

  • Implemented legacy client as a fallback to the existing SFTP client to provide continued DSA key support. (AFT-379)

  • ASCII Armor is now available as an encryption option for PGP keys. (AFT-341)

  • You can select Tar/Gz for Compression and Decompression processing options. Batch compression is also supported for Tar/Gz. (AFT-274, AFT-273)

  • The following historical data is now automatically deleted for the following:

    • Schedule history - After three months
    • File activity - After 12 months
    • Audit log - After 12 months

We recommend backing up data locally if you want to maintain data archives for longer than the supported storage period. (AFT-14, AFT-15)

Fix
We fixed these issues
  • ED255129 keys successfully authenticate for an SFTP internal endpoint user. (AFT-325)

  • The Batch Trigger file name no longer disappears from the UI when you edit and save the trigger file configuration. (AFT-132)

  • MFT Runtimes successfully transfer files directly to and from Azure Files flow endpoints. (AFT-357)

  • Improved the speed of the antivirus scanning operation on large files. (AFT-399)

  • You can no longer download files on the Activity page without proper download permissions. (AFT-435)

  • Improved performance of directory listing, reducing the amount of time to list files on a network share. (AFT-437)

  • Improved thread performance for I/O-bound transfers. (AFT-443)

  • Improved performance of high-volume file transfers by reducing memory footprint and growth rate. (AFT-444)

  • The AFT platform no longer timeouts while uploading large files. (AFT-453)

  • The Activity page properly filters by date range as expected. (AFT-459)

File Sharing v9.10.12

New
We added these features
  • SAML SSO self-service configuration is now available in the Administration UI. Administrators can import Identity Provider metadata, configure Service Provider settings per site, select a default IDP for corporate login, and validate SSO configuration — all without back-end access. Supports multiple Service Provider IDs to enable SSO across multiple File Sharing sites for a single customer. (FS-113, FS-119, FS-181, FS-232, FS-239)

  • Added a per-site flag to allow or disallow third-party links, such as Google Drive, OneDrive, and Dropbox, in web email messages. Administrators can configure this setting via the new 'Allow third-party links' checkbox under Administration → Site Options → Messaging. By default, third-party links are blocked for improved security. (FS-210, FS-225)

  • Extended the internal calendar data through December 31, 2030. (FS-246)

  • Improved error messaging when file uploads in the dropbox fail due to unauthorized links in the message body. The error now clearly indicates the cause instead of showing a generic 'Failed' status. (FS-168)

  • Improved date range validation on the Sent Emails page to prevent setting a start date after the end date. (FS-79)

Fix
We fixed these issues
  • Multiple login page fixes: "Remember Me" checkbox now toggles when clicking its label, pressing Enter now submits the login form, custom login template variables (supportLink, attrLocalization) now render correctly, and password change flow no longer loops when reusing the same password. (FS-124, FS-133, FS-134, FS-138)

  • Phone number and MFA setup improvements: resolved issue where phone numbers stored as 'null' could not be reset via UI, added phone number format validation, and clarified the mobile phone setup confirmation messaging. (FS-185, FS-211, FS-212)

  • Fixed an issue where the secure token option could not be used with the Upload widget API when using the REST API. (FS-68)

  • Fixed disabled widgets incorrectly appearing on the User Dashboard. (FS-184)

  • Fixed top navigation bar layout breaking when the language selector is disabled. (FS-189)

  • Fixed user expiration logic to correctly account for the reactivation date when evaluating inactivity period rules. (FS-201)

  • Fixed an issue with MFA verification code delivery during repeated login attempts. (FS-214)

  • Fixed an issue where custom email template styling for links was not preserved, causing links to always display in blue. (FS-215)

  • Fixed missing translations on several pages for non-English languages. (FS-99)

  • Improved security for the file sharing dropbox feature by strengthening CAPTCHA verification to prevent bypass attempts. (FS-216)
