Data Integration Release Notes for October 2025

October 2025

New
We added these features

Source-to-Target River new experience enhancements

We’ve expanded the new Source-to-Target River experience to support additional Sources and Targets, giving you more flexibility when building and managing your pipelines.

  • Azure SQL as Target
  • Snowflake as Source

For more information, refer to New Source to Target Experience.

Blueprint enhancements

  • You can now use ignore_errors: true in loop blocks to allow execution to continue even if some API calls fail. You can also define expected_status_codes: [200] to stop the run when an API response is unsuccessful. This enhancement improves workflow reliability and prevents complete failures caused by a few failed calls. For more information, refer to Handling errors in loop components.

Data connector agent (LLM)

  • Data Integration AI engine can now automatically detect the correct incremental field such as updated_at or modified_time when connecting to API sources. This enhancement combines rule-based heuristics with AI reasoning to accurately identify which field tracks new or updated records—eliminating the need for manual selection.

Sources

New
Boomi for SAP source is now available!

Boomi for SAP

  • This integration ingests data from Boomi for SAP at multi-table scale into any supported Data Integration target. For more information, refer to Boomi for SAP.

Elasticsearch

  • The connection setup process now includes a Server Type option that supports both Elasticsearch and OpenSearch. You can select the appropriate server type when configuring connections, ensuring proper API compatibility and optimized communication with their target cluster. For more information, refer to connection procedure.

SuccessFactors

  • The following changes improve data organization, consistency, and accessibility across key HR and onboarding entities.
    • EmpCostDistribution entity has been moved under the new schema AlternativeCostDistribution to enhance cost distribution data management.

    • Onboarding data can now be fetched via OnboardingCandidateInfo and ONB2Process entities under the new schema Onboarding for better data alignment and integration.

    • USER Status Types filter is now available in:

      • User_Management → User
      • Common_Platform → ExternalUser

to provide improved control over user data filtering and visibility.
