Connectivity Release Notes for March 2025
- The OP Database - Partner connector was updated to support both Java 8 and Java 11 runtime. (TPP-27) (Patch version 23)
- The OP Intelligence - Partner connector was updated to support both Java 8 and Java 11 runtime. (TPP-28) (Patch version 5)
- The OP WebSearch - Partner connector was updated to support both Java 8 and Java 11 runtime. (TPP-29) (Patch version 7)
- The OP Wikipedia - Partner connector was updated to support both Java 8 and Java 11 runtime. (TPP-30) (Patch version 9)
In the March 2025 Platform release, Boomi will update some of the terminology for our services. This is to make Boomi-specific terms more intuitive, better align with common industry concepts, and provide more specificity as our platform evolves. To learn more, refer to Boomi terminology changes.
Amazon Selling Partner (Tech Preview) connector
This release may have a potential issue. We recommend that you avoid setting document tracking's Tracked Fields in the Tracking tab of the connector operation page.

We implemented retry requests for 503 errors where the server is temporarily unavailable. The backoff time for 429 or 503 error response were extended; the connector will return the response payload as an Application Error if the error persists after 6 retries. (CONC-10532) (CONC-9977)

Database v2 connector
- The Database v2 operations, GET, INSERT, UPDATE, UPSERT, DELETE and STOREDPROCEDURE now allow you to change the tracking direction, controlling whether Input Documents or Output Documents are shown in Process Reporting. (CONC-9700).
- Container logs are no longer flooded with DB connector messages for the Get operation if the Max Rows field was not set. (CONC-8556)
- The Database v2 connector now ensures that the operation executes successfully without the Atom crash when performing a Dynamic Insert operation. (CONC-6409)
- Resolved an issue so the Dynamic INSERT operation of the Database v2 connector stores JSON data in MSSQL without truncation. (CONC-6087)
- The Database v2 connector has been updated to improve the performance of the UPDATE, UPSERT and STOREDPROCEDURE operations across all four supported databases: Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL and MSSQL. (CONC-9617)
- Column validation now retrieves schema-specific metadata, reducing unnecessary database calls, improving validation efficiency and providing clearer error messages. (CONC-10173)

Disk v2 connector
Subsequent to the March Runtime release, this fix for the March platform release is postponed and will be rescheduled. You will see a new version (25.03.2) of the connector pushed out which is just a copy of the existing version (24.07.0) currently in production.
- Batches are now created only when an event comes into the connector for execution so that the execution id corresponds to the date when the listener sees the event, and not when the listener was started. (CON-10167)
HubSpot CRM (Tech Preview) connector
This release may have a potential issue. We recommend that you avoid setting document tracking's Tracked Fields in the Tracking tab of the connector operation page.
- The connector now implements a fixed number of retries with a capped maximum wait time for Error Codes 429, 502, 503 and 504, ensuring a consistent retry strategy. The retry mechanism is configurable, applies uniformly to both daily and per-second rate limits, and documents exceptions when the retry limit is exceeded. (CONC-8509)
- Users can now perform Retrieve, Create, Update, Search and Archive operations on the Ticket object in HubSpot CRM. (CONC-5587)
- Users can now perform Search and Retrieve operations on the Goals object in HubSpot CRM. (CONC-8493)
- Users can now perform Retrieve, Create, Update, Search, and Archive operations on the Deals object in HubSpot CRM. (CONC-5209)
- Updated the SDK to the latest version. (CONC-10202)
- Strict class loading mode was enabled for this connector. (CONC-10202)

Kafka connector

container-extended-security.jarfile is added to the lib folder, ensuring seamless Kerberos authentication for the Kafka connector. (CONC-9387)

The Kafka connection now supports OAuth 2.0 authentication for Confluent using grant-type Client Credentials. (CONC-10652)

The Kafka connector is enhanced to override the topic name dynamically by using the Dynamic Operation Property in the PRODUCE, CONSUME, and COMMIT OFFSET operations after reimporting the operation. Topic Name - is no longer available as a Document Property in the Kafka connector. (CONC-8354) (CON-8355)
