B2B/EDI Management July 2025 Release Notes

Platform Release

July 12 2025
New
We added these features
  • The MLLP Server can be configured to return additional MSH fields in acknowledgment responses, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and improving data integrity. The acknowledgment returns the same number of MSH fields as the original message, including any fields beyond MSH-15 that were present in the original HL7 message. This feature is disabled by default. (B2B-4390)

  • Added support for quoted parameter values in the Content-Type header of inbound AS2 message MIME parts. This addresses an issue processing compressed data with a quoted “smime-type” parameter value. (B2B-4644)

  • Added branch support to the Shared Communication Channel Component, Organization Component, Trading Partner Processing Group, and Trading Partner Component objects, enabling you to create, read, update, and delete components on specific branches instead of just the main branch. (B2B-4839, B2B-4838, B2B-4841, B2B-4840)

Fix
We fixed these issues
  • Improved the display of EDI counter file names in the Runtime Management Counters panel, so you can easily distinguish between different counter types, such as interchange and group control numbers. (B2B-4910)

  • Added a configuration option that controls how counter file locking is done in multi-tenant runtimes. When enabled, the new option will cause locking attempts to timeout after a configurable period. This option is disabled by default. (B2B-4856)
