Agentstudio

Boomi Agentstudio is now in General Availability, empowering organizations to unlock hyperproductivity responsibly. AgentStudio is an agent lifecycle management solution that allows teams to design, govern, and orchestrate AI agents at scale, ensuring secure, compliant, and high-performing deployments. Built-in features support everything from intuitive low-code agent creation to centralized monitoring and governance.

Agentstudio includes three core components:

  • Agent Garden – Manage and interact with agents throughout their lifecycle in a unified space that supports testing and deployment.

  • Agent Designer – Quickly build custom AI agents using intuitive low-code tools and templates and enforce responsible behaviors with guardrails.

  • Agent Control Tower – Oversee and govern all AI agents from Boomi and third parties with centralized control, observability, and compliance capabilities.

Integration Advisor Agent

  • Available now in Boomi GPT, the Integration Advisor Agent is your intelligent assistant for optimizing integration processes. Built on Boomi best practices, it reviews your integration configurations and provides tailored recommendations to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability.

    The agent offers guidance across three key areas: Naming Conventions, Error Handling, and Process Optimization. You can invoke the agent by entering a prompt in Boomi GPT that includes the component ID of your process—for example: "Review my process [component ID]. Read Integration Advisor Agent(BI-7461)

Scribe

  • We updated the column name from "atomid" to "Runtime ID" in the process schedule documentation to ensure consistency with recent Boomi terminology updates. (BI-8715)

  • You can now provide feedback on AI-generated documentation directly in the build canvas using the thumbs-up and thumbs-down feedback buttons. (BI-8141)

  • We've added an error message to clarify the known issue where Scribe cannot document process extensions if the process has more than five unique connections. Note: If you remove a connector with an extension, open extensions and click Save to continue documenting extensions in Scribe. (BI-8417)

Fix

  • Scribe now allows the comparison of versions for components with spaces or special characters in their labels. (BI-8075)

API Design Agent

  • Introducing API Design Agent - an AI-driven tool that generates comprehensive OpenAPI specifications from natural language descriptions. The OpenAPI Specifications are high in quality and adhere to a security score as per Spectral OWASP API security ruleset. API Documentation Agent

  • API Documentation Agent now generates a complete “Handling Issues” section in Business Overview documents, for OpenAPI Specification files larger than 250KB. (BI-8479)

DataDetective (Early Access)

  • DataDetective now allows you to suggest tracking new data fields (PII or sensitive data) and changes to the categories of existing data fields. Read Managing PII data fields to learn more. (BI-8207)

  • The DataDetective agent on the welcome page will now display a static image instead of dynamic data to enhance performance and consistency. (BI-8716)

  • We’ve introduced two new privileges DataDetective Read and DataDetective Read Write, ensuring only authorized users can view and manage the DataDetective agent. Please contact your Boomi Administrator to enable these privileges on your account. Read Boomi DataDetective to learn more. (BI-8688)

  • DataDetective now supports FlatFile format in addition to XML, JSON, and DB formats. This allows DataDetective to process a wide range of data and identify the relevant PII fields. Read Boomi DataDetective to learn more. (BI-5450)

We fixed this issue
  • The DataDetective agent in the AI agent garden was incorrectly labeled as Pre-installed. This has now been fixed to Early Access, reflecting its intended status. (BI-8647)
