Managed Cloud Hosting Service
Remote Setup and Configuration Activities
- Facilitate onboarding discussion for decisions and configuration required to setup the Private runtime cloud
- Provisioning of Infrastructure
- Private runtime cloud Installation of Operating System
- Installation of Boomi runtime cloud software
- High available active/active customer setup within region across 3 separate Availability Zones (AWS) or Availability Sets (Azure)
- Setup of Private runtime cloud based on agreed technical details
- CIDR Ranges for Private runtime cloud
- Network / Load Balancer configuration
- Setup VPN or Peering connectivity
- Supported Connectivity options
- Public Internet
- VPN
- Peerings
- Setup of Logging and Monitoring configuration
- Supported Connectivity options
- Delivery of Private runtime cloud handover document including Private runtime cloud topology
Operational Activities
- Infrastructure Administration
- Maintain Operating system with latest security patches
- Handling of change requests, or data retrieval for support purposes not accessible via the Boomi Enterprise Platform
- Infrastructure Monitoring and Alerting
- Access to a self-service monitoring dashboard for infrastructure
- 24x7 Monitoring of production Private runtime cloud
- 24x7 Support for Severity 1 issues and support as defined in the MSA
Prerequisites
- Customer must provide up to 2 x /24 CIDR per cluster managed by MCS.
- An additional 2 x /24 CIDR per production clusters are required if cross-region Disaster Recovery is included in the scope.
- Provide access to relevant Customer subject matter experts (SMEs) and technical information to set up mutually agreed private connectivity methods, such as peering or VPN, custom DNS server, vanity URLs, and more based on customer requirements.

Disaster Recovery Service for Private Runtime Clouds
Active/passive near real-time cross-region data replication of one (1) Production Private Atom Cloud shared storage to a standby infrastructure deployed in an alternate region to allow (manual) failover of service in the event of a declared disaster within the primary region. A disaster would be declared if all availability zones of the primary region fail, causing a full outage of the service.
Setup and Operational Activities
- Setup active/passive near real-time data replication of the Production Private runtime cloud to an alternate data center
- Yearly Disaster Recovery rehearsal of the Private runtime cloud can be performed during a mutually agreed maintenance window

Customer responsibilities
Boomi will use its discretion act reasonably to provide these Managed Cloud Services, subject to Customer providing Boomi with:
- Timely access to relevant Customer resources and system subject matter experts (SMEs), including third-party dependencies; and ensure appropriate and qualified personnel attend scheduled workshops and review sessions.
- Scheduling and coordination of customer professionals for workshops and review sessions.
