Boomi Trial Account management

You have the option to upgrade your account at any time during the trial period. You can choose the Pay as You Go option or speak to a Boomi sales representative to purchase a different edition.

You can upgrade by accessing the emails received from marketingteam@go.boomi.com. If you have not received the email in your primary folder, check your spam folder.
If you have any issues converting your free trial to Pay-As-You-Go, contact your Sales Representative, or payasyougo@boomi.com.

Account and users

The trial account functions as a regular account, giving you the ability to add users based on your company’s needs without limits.

From the Settings page, you can manage user information and management, email alerts, authentication settings, and more. Refer to the Accounts and Users and Account Information settings topics for more information.

Support options and resources

As a trial user, you have support options available. Click on the question mark at the top right corner for several options for support. You can choose a self-guided support, use the help documentation or community articles, or you can create a support case for personal assistance. You can also send us feedback on your experience via that same link.
