Boomi Trial Account FAQ

Overview

What is a Boomi trial account?

A Boomi trial account is a free account that you can set up for a 30 day period. At the end of the 30 days, you can upgrade to a Pay-As-You-Go plan or a contractual license.

What is included in a trial account?

All features of a trial account function the same as a paid account, with the exception of having a restriction on deployments, connector types, and cloud options. For more details on this, contact your Boomi sales representative

How do I get started?

You can Start free trial to get started with Boomi’s Platform services or you can Watch demo for a quick demonstration.

What is the benefit of using a trial account?

With a trial account, you can access and try out the entire Boomi Integration Enterprise Platform, free of charge, for 30 days. This helps you explore the full platform and determine what type of account suits you best.

How do I convert from trial account to Pay as You Go?

You can do this by accessing the emails that you receive associated with your free trial, from marketingteam@go.boomi.com. If you have not received the email in your primary folder, check your spam folder.
If you have any issues converting your free trial to Pay-As-You-Go, contact your Sales Representative, or payasyougo@boomi.com.

Difference between free trial and Pay as You Go

The free trial is a 30 day period in which you can try Boomi’s Enterprise Platform services at no cost with some slight limitations on number of connectors and cloud options. Boomi Pay-As-You-Go is a self-service, usage-based platform edition. It includes the complete Boomi Enterprise Platform and meters usage via a simple unified metric—the Boomi Message.

What are the limitations of a free trial account?

It is a 30 day free access period to Boomi’s Enterprise Platform. While you can try all of Boomi’s services, there is a limit on the amount of connectors you can have. You are given three standard connectors, three test standard connectors, three trading partners, and three test trading partners.
