Boomi Concierge
Boomi Concierge is an agentic experience on the Welcome page that helps you discover value in Boomi more quickly and easily. It understands what you are trying to accomplish, whether you are getting started for the first time or looking to build something new, helps you create assets, and routes you to the right product area when you are ready to go deeper.
Accessing Boomi Concierge
Concierge appears as a widget on the Welcome page. You can start immediately using one of the provided starter prompts, or enter your own request. Refer to Boomi Trial Account for more on the trial experience.
What Boomi Concierge does
- Classifies your intent across Integration, Agentic Solutions, and Data Activation, and routes you to the right service area.
- Creates assets such as integration processes, Hub models, or connector configurations, based on your goals.
- Maintains context across multiple turns in a conversation and asks clarifying questions when helpful.
- Presents responses through generative user interface (UI) elements, such as interactive cards, tables, forms, dashboards, charts, wizards, and Boomi Marketplace recommendations, rather than as text-only replies.
Concierge is not a standalone chatbot. It takes action directly in Boomi products, such as creating an asset, rather than only answering questions.
Upgrading during your trial
Concierge also surfaces an option to upgrade to Boomi Pay As You Go at any point during your trial, without leaving the Welcome experience.
