Disabling and deleting agent deployments
Disable a deployment to stop an agent from accepting requests without removing it. Enable it at any time to resume traffic in the same environment.
If you deploy a new package version to an environment with a disabled deployment, Agentstudio replaces the disabled deployment with the new package version and sets it to active. Two package versions cannot run in the same environment at the same time. Refer to Packaging and deploying an agent.
Deleting an agent deployment removes the agent from the environment. Deleting a deployment does not delete the agent’s package version. If you delete the deployment in error, you can re-deploy the package version to the environment.
