Other Providers

Agent Control Tower connects natively to a handful of providers. For everything else, you list the accounts and agents yourself, giving you a unified view of all your agents in one place even when they run on LangChain, CrewAI, or any other platform without a native connection.

Each supported technology has its own tile on the Provider Accounts page. If yours is not among them, connect it as Other Provider.

You can create multiple accounts representing different services, then add, organize, group, and monitor your agents across them.

You can update these accounts and agents as and when you require.

Since the agents and accounts are manually listed, you cannot sync to receive the latest updates.

You can also create other provider accounts and agents using the Other providers GraphQL APIs.

Creating an account

Each supported technology has its own tile on the Provider Accounts page. If your provider is not among them, connect it as Other Provider.

  1. In Agent Control Tower, go to Provider Accounts.

  2. Start adding the account. You can either:

    • Click Add Account on the tile for your provider, if it already has one, or
    • Click Connect to different provider and select your provider from the list. If it is not listed, select Other Provider at the top of the list, under Not on list?.

  3. In the panel that opens, enter an Account Name. This is required and accepts up to 200 characters.

  4. Enter your Account ID.

  5. Enter a Description for the account. This accepts up to 1000 characters.

  6. Click Add Account.

A success message appears, and the account is counted on that provider's tile. Since this is a manual registration, you can add multiple accounts across different services.

To see the accounts you have added for a provider, click the accounts link on its tile. The accounts open in a side panel. Select an account to open its details, where you can update its name and description.

You can also delete an account if it is no longer needed. If you delete an account, all the agents listed under it are also deleted.
