Connect Licensing

Licensing and Usage

Connect is licensed based on annual tool call volume. The number of tool calls you are entitled to will vary depending upon which Tier you purchase.

Tool Call

  • A tool call occurs every time an AI Assistant requests an action from Connect

  • Each request and response is capped at 1MB.

Annual Tool Call Volume

  • Annual tool call volume is defined as the number of tool calls per contract year

  • Annual tool call volume includes usage across all of your environments and AI Assistants

If your usage exceeds your annual quota, Connect will continue to work. Boomi will contact your account administrator to discuss moving to a higher tier.

Support

Standard support is available for all Connect tiers, including Base. However, Professional and Enterprise support levels require a paid Tier as listed below.

Standard SupportStandard Support provides all of the basic support material necessary to use the product. Standard Support includes:
1. Boomi documentation, user forums, and training material.
2. Live Chat and 15 case submissions per year.
3. Two business day response time.		✅✅
Premier SupportPremier Support provides a higher level of technical support for Boomi customers. Premier Support includes:
1. All Standard Support features with unlimited case submissions.
2. 24/5 phone support for any severity issues.
3. An eight-business-hour case response time.		x✅
Premier Plus SupportPremier Plus Support provides the highest level of technical support for Boomi customers. Premier Plus Support includes:
1. All the features of Standard Support and Premier Support.
2. Addition of 24/7 phone support for any severity issues.
3. Four-business-hour response time.		x✅

Base Tier

Base Tier lets you get hands-on experience with Connect without purchasing a paid license. Base Tier has a limit of 25,000 tool calls per month and 3 sources. If you need additional usage limits or additional sources, you can purchase a paid tier to continue using Connect. For more information, please contact your Boomi representative.
