Troubleshooting Amazon Bedrock provider account
The following are known errors witnessed with Amazon Bedrock provider:

| Error/ Disconnected | Authentication issue/ disconnection from source | Navigate to the CloudFormation Console. Delete the existing CloudFormation template. Reupload the CloudFormation template and External ID (acquired when adding an account) by following the steps mentioned in Step 2 of adding an account. Once you have done this, return to the AWS Bedrock Provider View Details page and click Relink Account. The status will change from DISCONNECTED to CONNECTED. |
| SSM_UPDATE_FAILED | Creating a new account immediately after deleting one | Wait for 30 seconds before attempting to add another account. |
| ROLLBACK_COMPLETE | Present AWS account already has the required permissions configured | Ensure you are logged into the correct AWS account in the CloudFormation Console. To resolve this, switch to the intended AWS account and rerun the deployment. |
