Viewing a solution

The Workspaces > Solutions view lists all solutions in your account. You can search for solutions, review the assets within a solution, and navigate back to the solution canvas.

Prerequisites

  • Your account administrator has enabled Boomi Orchestrate.
  • You have the Build, Read, and Write privilege for Integration.

Viewing all solutions

  1. Select the Boomi logo in the upper-left corner of the navigation bar to open the One Platform menu.

  2. Select Workspaces.

The Solutions view shows all solutions in your account's workspace. For each solution, you can see:

  • Solution name — Select the name to open the solution canvas for that solution.
  • Last modified date — The date and time when the solution was last changed.

To find a specific solution, type the solution name in the search field above the list.

Viewing assets within a solution

  1. In the Solutions view, select the name of the solution you want to inspect.

  2. The asset table for that solution opens.

For each asset in the solution, the table shows:

ColumnDescription
NameThe name of the asset. Select the name to open the asset in its corresponding Boomi product.
Service areaThe Boomi product the asset belongs to, such as Integration or Agentstudio.
Asset typeThe type of asset, such as process or agent.
Last modifiedThe date and time when the asset was last changed, and the name of the user who made the change.

To find a specific asset, type its name in the search field above the asset table. You can also sort the table by selecting any column header.

Non-linked assets

If an asset shows a warning icon, it may not be in sync with its home product. This can happen when changes are made to the asset within its product outside of Boomi Orchestrate. Pause on the warning icon to read the tooltip message.

Opening the solution canvas

To return to the design canvas for a solution, select the solution name in the Solutions view.

You can also access recent solutions directly from the Recents section on the Boomi platform homepage.
