Viewing a solution
Orchestrate is an Early Access release. Refer to the Early Access disclaimer for details.
The Workspaces > Solutions view lists all solutions in your account. You can search for solutions, review the assets within a solution, and navigate back to the solution canvas.
Prerequisites
- Your account administrator has enabled Boomi Orchestrate.
- You have the Build, Read, and Write privilege for Integration.
Viewing all solutions

Select the Boomi logo dropdown in the upper-left corner of the navigation bar to open the Orchestrate menu.

Select Workspaces.
The main workspace shows all solutions on the left navigation. By default, the most recent solution is open.
- To open to the design canvas for a solution, click Open in Design on the main workspace or click More Options next to the solution to select the Open in Design option
You can also access recent solutions directly from the Recents section on the Boomi platform homepage.
- Click View Details to get more details about the solution such as last edited date, solution owner and solution description.
Viewing assets within a solution
- From the main workspace, select the solution you want to inspect from the left navigation.
For each solution, the table shows asset details as follows:

| Name | The name of the asset. Select the name to open the asset in its corresponding Boomi product. |
| Service area | The Boomi product the asset belongs to, such as Integration or Agentstudio. |
| Asset type | The type of asset, such as process or agent. |
| Last modified | The date and time when the asset was last changed, and the name of the user who made the change. |
To find a specific asset, type its name in the search field above the asset table. You can also sort the table by selecting any column header. (OR)
Click a service area filter to list out the respective assets.
Non-linked assets
If an asset shows a warning icon, it may not be in sync with its home product. This can happen when changes are made to the asset within its product outside of Boomi Orchestrate. Pause on the warning icon to read the tooltip message.
