note
Knowledge Hub is an Early Access release. Refer to the Early Access disclaimer for details.
A repository defines data separation, connection details, and the storage type used for content ingestion. During Early Access, only Boomi-managed storage is available.
Before you begin
- You must have the Administrator role in Knowledge Hub.
- Refer to Access and permissions overview for role assignment details.
Procedure
-
Open Knowledge Hub. The Repositories page opens by default.
-
Select + Repository.
-
In the Create Repository dialog, enter a Repository Title (maximum 150 characters).
-
Enter a Description (maximum 1000 characters).
-
Select a storage type:
Option Description Managed Boomi hosts and maintains the underlying vector storage, including scaling, security, and maintenance. Available in Early Access. Owned Use your own vector storage for complete control and configuration. Not yet available (Coming Soon). -
Select Create.
Knowledge Hub creates the repository in Enabled state. You can now create Knowledge Bases inside it.
