Retail
An ice cream company submits an ice cream order with a manufacturing company. The manufacturer uses the services of a distribution company to fulfill that order. The distributor provides updates to the manufacturer, who then provides updates to the ice cream company on the status and delivery estimate of the order. Rather than having to physically keep track of those order transactions or talking to anyone, our integration service is capable of interacting with and exchanging all that data directly between the companies, in a smooth and automated way.
Similarly, if Jane needs an invoice from Accounting, she has to file a request with Ivy, who has to get the data from Bella. Using our Integration services provides Jane with the information she needs by going right into the system and gathering all that data, without having to go through all of those steps to get it.
Healthcare

Whenever the IT team updated or re-released integration packs—for example, after a curriculum change requiring updates to the LMS–SIS sync—it caused a surge in simultaneous downloads across runtimes installed in each campus's local servers. For instance, when an iPack syncing student grades from the LMS to the SIS is updated, the new download mechanism ensures that all connected runtimes quickly download the updated components in parallel—without impacting other deployments or integrations in progress.
