Adding to favorites
The Favorites stores files and folders you have marked as favorites for quick access.
Procedure
- Navigate to the Managed File Transfer File Sharing site.
- Click the Folder tree and locate the file or folder you want to favorite.
- Select the checkbox next to files or folders, and click Add to Favorites.
- Click Add to Favorites.
The selected file or folder is added to Favorites.

Removing File or Folder from Favorites
Procedure
- Navigate to the Managed File Transfer site.
- Click the Folder tree and locate your file or folder.
- Select the checkbox next to the file or folder and click Remove.
The selected file or folder is removed from Favorites.
