Operations in the Audit-Activity log

The Operations shows the kind of operation performed along with the associated time. All of these operations are available in the Activity History and the Audit-Activity Log.

Four common operations are defined below:

• Secure Message: A MFT Email has been sent.
• External Download: The attachments from the MFT Email has been downloaded. The downloaded attachments will be listed in the detailed layouts.
• Internal Upload: A user has uploaded a file to attach to a MFT Email.
• MFT Email Attachments Expired: A file has reached the Expiration date without being downloaded.
