Downloading and clearing Audit-activity log results

The Audit-Activity Log lets you download your search results to Excel or clear your results. You can download all the results or only those listed on the page.

Export Results Shown on the Page

When you download only the results shown on the page, you will only receive the results that are currently visible. If you have a small number of Rows per Page selected, there may be many more results.

Export all results

This option downloads all the results that fit your search. However, it will not download all the results in the database. To download all the results in the database, search with no search terms indicated. This downloads the entire history.

Clearing results

Clearing Results removes all of your results from the list, but your search terms remain the same. After clearing your results, you can click Go again to replicate them.

Clearing filter

Clearing the Filter returns you to the default settings and removes any search results. If you had a number of rows selected, chose an ascending view, or chose a layout other than the default, they are returned to the default. Also, all search terms will be removed.
