Viewing Audit activity

The MFT Audit-Activity Log provides an overview of all the actions on MFT Emails that have taken place. You can view the customers who have downloaded documents without going through each contact's Salesforce Activity History individually.

Administrators will also be able to view all of the MFT Emails that have been sent and any download activity that has taken place on them.
