Viewing Activity history

In Salesforce, all your MFT Emails will automatically be recorded in the database. This chapter will explain how you can track a MFT Emails' activity in the Activity History.

Procedure

  1. Select one of the following tabs:

    • Account
    • Contact
    • Case
    • Lead
    • Opportunity
  2. Click a specific account, contact, case, lead, or opportunity to view that history.

  1. Click the subject of a MFT email to view details, including a tracking number, attachments, and other basic data.
  1. To see if the attachments were downloaded, click on Message Receipt.
  1. The Message Receipt window opens.
  2. Select which recipients you would like to view, or you can select to view them all. The same option is available with the attached files.
