Sending files and folders using MFT for Salesforce

MFT Email can be accessed from the following Salesforce menus:

• Accounts
• Contacts
• Cases
• Leads
• Opportunities

Procedure

1. Select a MFT-enabled Salesforce menu.

2. Select an individual Contact, Case, Lead, or Opportunity to access the MFT Email button.

3. Click MFT Email. The MFT Secure Message window opens.
