Configuring user settings

You can manage user preferences, access administrative settings, view your profile, find help resources, and sign out.

Click the user profile icon to access the following options:

  • Administrator: This option appears only for administrators or users in groups with Administrator Dashboard access.

    Selecting Administration switches the application from User mode to Administrator mode, granting access to Site Options, Group Management, User Management, and related tools.

  • My Profile: Shows your account information, which you can update.

    After updating any field, such as your username or email address, click the Save Details before leaving the page to save your changes.

    You can also update your password at any time using the account information. After changing the password, click Save Password to save the changes.

  • Help: Use this option if you have questions about MFT Web features. Using the Help option, you can navigate to the MFT Support page that includes:

    • A link to the MFT Server Status.
    • Online documentation.
    • MFT Support contact options, including live chat.
  • Sign Out: Select Sign Out in the drop-down menu to sign out of a session. This terminates a session and directs you to the login page.
