Multi-factor authentication using Time-based one-time password (TOTP)
When Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is enabled, the next time users log in with their username and password, they are prompted to verify their identity using a Time-Based One-Time Password (TOTP).

Configure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
The site security policies require using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Procedure
- Install a Time-Based One-Time Password (TOTP) authenticator application on your mobile device.
- Open the Authenticator application and choose to Add a new account or Scan a QR code.
- Scan the provided QR code.
- The application generates a 6-digit verification code after scanning the QR code.
- Enter the verification code during the login process.
After completing this setup, the subsequent login attempts prompt for the TOTP verification code:
