Recovering your username or password

If you forget your username or password for the Boomi Managed File Transfer (MFT) file sharing site, you can recover your credentials using the links on the login page.

Recovering your username

If you have a username instead of an email address, you can retrieve your username via the Forgot Username link.

Procedure

1. Navigate to your company’s Boomi Managed File Transfer (MFT) File Sharing site.

2. Click Forgot Username on the login page.

3. Enter the email address associated with your account.

4. Click Send. You will receive an email with instructions to retrieve your username.

Resetting your password

You can reset your password using the Forgot Password link on the Login page.

Procedure

1. Navigate to your company’s Boomi Managed File Transfer (MFT) File Sharing site.

2. Click Forgot Password on the login page.

3. Enter the email address associated with your account.

4. Click Send.

You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
