General data protection regulation (GDPR)

To comply with the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), MFT allows users to scrub their data from the system. A user can also ask for an export of any data that contains information about them.

Submitting request to remove your information

You can use a link to request the removal of your user information on the MFT site homepage.

  1. Navigate to the Managed File Transfer File Sharing page.
  2. Click the link at the bottom of the login page. This opens the Removal Request form.
  3. Enter your email address and code from the captcha picture to receive a verification email.
  4. You will receive a confirmation that a verification email has been sent to the email address you submitted.
  5. To confirm your request to remove your information, click the link in the email. Your information will not be removed if this confirmation/verification step is incomplete.
