Modifying access to folders

The Access tab shows users with folder access and their permissions. Users with Manage rights can change folder access settings.

The Access tab is only visible for folders, not files.

Folder access rights apply to subfolders unless a subfolder has custom access settings.

Available folder access rights:

Access Right	Description
Read	Allows viewing the contents of the folder.
Create	Allows uploading new files to the folder.
Delete	Allows deleting content from the folder.
Modify	Allows modifying details within the Summary tab and uploading a new file version.
Download	Allows downloading any file or folder within the folder.
Share	Allows sending files and folders from within the folder to any recipient.
Manage	Provides visibility of the Access tab to grant user and group access to a folder.
