User drop-down menu
The user drop-down menu in the top-right corner lets you manage your user preferences, including accessing administrative settings, your profile, help resources, and the option to sign out.
You can click the button displaying your username to open the menu.

The available options in this drop-down menu are:
- Administrator
- My Profile
- Help
- Sign Out
Administration
This option is visible only for administrators or users added to a group with access to the Administrator Dashboard.
Selecting Administration switches the application from User mode to Administrator mode, granting access to features such as Site Options, Group Management, User Management, and other tools.
My Profile
The My Profile option shows your account information, which you can update.
When updating any field, such as username or email address, click the Save Details button before leaving the page to ensure all changes are saved.
You can also update your password anytime using the account information below. After changing the password, click "Save Password" to save the changes.

Help
If you have questions about MFT Web features, click Help to open a new browser that loads the thruinc.com/support page. This page includes:
- A link to the MFT Server Status.
- Online documentation.
- MFT Support contact options, including live chat.
Sign out
Select Sign Out in the drop-down menu to sign out of a session. This terminates a session and directs you to the login page.
