Statements

You can add confidentiality statements, disclaimers, or instructions if your company requires them to be present. You can add these statements for the Distribution, Dropbox, or Account User.

Distribution

  • This statement is displayed when the recipient clicks on the link to collect the files sent to them. They must accept the statement before the system lets them download the files.
  • Make sure to turn on Activate to make this statement active.

MFT dropbox™

  • This statement is displayed when someone uploads something to your MFT Dropbox™.
    They must accept the statement before the system lets them upload the files.
  • Make sure to turn on Activate to make this statement active.

Account user

  • This statement is displayed when a new user clicks to create their password.
    They must accept this statement before they log into the MFT site.
  • Make sure to turn on Activate to make this statement active.
