Managing retention rules

Rules on system objects are created by navigating to them in the web interface and choosing Retention tab.

• Only Retention Administrators can create or modify rule setup. All the users can see retention tabs when they navigate the system.
• Only Retention Administrators have access to the retention node in administration tree.
• Rules become inactive if the active flag is turned off on the rule or if the definition becomes inactive.
