Device access tab

The "Device access" lets you manage user's mobile device access. You can enable user login from any device.

Procedure

1. Navigate to the Boomi Managed File Transfer File sharing site.
2. Select Administration from the top-right drop-down menu.
3. Click "Users" from the left-hand side of the menu.
4. Select user.
5. Click Device Access tab
6. Choose one of the following:
   • Allow user access for any devices
   • Add specific devices by MAC address

Allow login access from any device

You can allow user access from any device by selecting the “Allow user login from any device” checkbox.

Add specific mobile devices

Procedure

1. Navigate to the MFT File sharing site.
2. Select Administration from the top-right drop-down menu.
3. Click Users from the left-hand side of the menu.
4. Select user.
5. Click Device Access tab.
6. Turn off the “Allow user login from any device” checkbox and click Add MAC.

7. Enter in the MAC Address according to the example format. Select “Allowed” to let this user to access MFT with this device.

8. Click Save
