Managing PGP Key
You can create and import a PGP key for each organization.
Creating PGP Key
To create a PGP key, use the following steps:
- Click the Organization tab.
- Select an organization.
- Click the PGP Keys tab.
- Click Create PGP Key.
- In the Key Name field, enter a unique name.
- Confirm the Username/Email.
- Select one of the following from the Algorithm list.
- RSA(Recommended)
- DSA / ELGAMAL
- Select the key strength from the Key Strength list.
- Enter a Pass Phrase. The pass phrase must be at least six characters long.
- Confirm the Pass Phrase.
- Optional: Set an expiration date. Using expiration dates is helpful if you lose the private key, as it will eventually expire instead of staying permanently in the key server.
- Optional: Enter a description for the PGP Key.
- Click Generate Key.
After clicking Generate Key, a window displays with options to download the private and public keys.

You should download both keys.
Importing PGP Key
To import a PGP key, use the following steps:
- Click the Organization tab.
- Click the PGP Keys tab.
- Click Import Key.
- Drag and drop a valid key into the window or import manually.
- In the Key Name field, enter the key name.
- The Public Key field is autofilled if you dragged and dropped a key in step 4. Otherwise, you must paste the public key.
- Confirm the Username/Email.
- Click Import.
