Boomi MFT Connector

The Boomi MFT Connector endpoint is used with the Boomi MFT connector in the Boomi platform and can transfer files from the platform to MFT or from MFT to the platform.

caution

This endpoint is for the new version of the Boomi MFT connector which will be released in a future update. For the existing Boomi MFT connector, you must use the Thru iPaaS Connector endpoint.

To create a Boomi MFT Connector endpoint:

1. Click Organizations and select the organization to which you want to add an endpoint.

2. Select Endpoints from the sidebar and then click Add Endpoint.

3. Enter a name in the Endpoint Name field.

4. From the Type dropdown, select "Boomi MFT Connector".

5. (Optional) Enter a description.

6. Click Save.

   The connection information required for the Boomi MFT connector in the Boomi platform displays in the endpoint information. Be sure to save the Client secret passkey when prompted.

   

Then, add the endpoint to a flow:

1. Click Flows and select the flow to which you want to add the Boomi MFT Connector endpoint.

2. Click Add Flow Endpoint in the Sources window if you want to drop off files in the Boomi platform (Create operation) or in the Targets window if you want to pick up files from the Boomi platform (Get operation).

3. Select the Thru iPasS Connector endpoint that you created in the previous steps and click Add Flow Endpoint.
