Flow subscribers

You can manage your flow subscriptions in the Subscribers page. You can find a list of all organizations currently subscribed to each flow.

Note that an organization must be subscribed to a flow before any files can be exchanged within that flow.

Flow Subscribers page column header includes the following fields:

Title	Description
Subscribed Organization	Name of the organization.
Organization Status	Set to Enabled or disabled.
Subscriber Count	Number of subscribers on each flow.
Actions	Organization Properties and Unsubscribe.

Organizations can be subscribed to the flow from either the Organization tab under Subscriptions or from the flow under Flow Subscribers.

Flows are the pathways through which files are transferred. Organizations must be subscribed to a flow before you can configure a file exchange in Flow Studio.

Adding subscribers

1. Click the Flows tab.

2. Select the flow you want to add an organization to.

3. Click on the Subscribers tab.

4. Click the Add Subscribers.

5. Select the correct Organization from the list.

6. Click Subscribe Selected to add it to the flow.

7. Confirm that the newly added organization has been successfully added to the Flow Subscribers page.
