Adding custom roles

To add custom roles, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in with the Instance Admin user.
  2. On the Admin page, click Roles.
  3. Click Add Roles.
  4. In the Name field, add the name of your new role.
  5. In the Available Permissions field, select the roles you wish to add.
  6. Click single arrow to add the roles or use double arrows to add/remove all roles.
  7. After adding all roles to the Assigned Permissions side, click Save.

When adding roles, you can turn Show System Role toggle off/on.
