Deleting a message queue

Delete a message queue through the Actions menu on the Queue Management panel of Runtime Management.

note

You must have the Runtime Management privilege to perform this task. If you have the Runtime Management Read Access privilege, you cannot perform the task.

Procedure

1. On the Manage menu select Runtime Management.

2. Select the Runtime, Runtime cluster, or Cloud from the list on the left.

3. In Runtime, click Queue Management.

   The Queue Management panel opens.

4. If the message queue is a subscriber queue, in the Actions menu for the applicable Publish/Subscribe queue, select Manage Subscriber Queues.

5. In the Actions menu for the message queue, select Delete this Queue.

   A confirmation dialog opens.

6. Click OK.
