ServiceNow connection

The ServiceNow connection represents a single ServiceNow account.

If you use multiple accounts, you need a separate connection component for each account. You can pair this connection with different ServiceNow operations to perform a unique action against a ServiceNow account.

Connection tab

URL The URL to the ServiceNow web service, such as https://demo022.service-now.com.

User - The user name on the ServiceNow account.

Password - The password for the ServiceNow account.
