OANDA Exchange Rates API - Partner connection

The OANDA Exchange Rate API Connection contains all of the necessary credentials and configurations required to link your OANDA API subscription to the Boomi Integration platform.

If your organization uses multiple OANDA API subscriptions, configure a separate connection for each, and input the appropriate API key accordingly. Each connection can be paired with various OANDA Exchange Rate API Operations to perform specific actions against the API.

The OANDA connector uses custom authentication with an API key:

  • The API key must be entered in the custom entry field.

  • This connection is essential to authenticate your application with the OANDA API service.

You can obtain your API key through your OANDA Exchange Rate API subscription. If not available, please contact: https://www.oanda.com/corporate-fx-services/

Test connection

Boomi allows you to test the OANDA connection before using it in a process or saving it.

  • A successful test indicates your credentials and configuration are valid.
  • If the test fails, review the API key and endpoint setup, and test again.
Attention

You can only run the Test Connection against containers associated with your account (local runtimes, runtime clusters, and runtime clouds).
