QAD Redzone - Partner connector
Partner connectors developed by our Tech Partners and published on the Boomi Platform provide seamless integration solutions for customers. Customers initiate support for these connectors through the Boomi Support Portal, which routes tickets to the respective partner. The partner or their designated third party is responsible for ongoing support, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and resolving related issues.

The QAD Redzone – Partner connector enables integration between the Boomi Enterprise platform and the Redzone connected workforce solution, allowing you to exchange data between Redzone and external enterprise systems such as ERP, quality, and maintenance applications.

Connector configuration
To configure the connector, set up the following two components:
- QAD Redzone - Partner connection
- QAD Redzone - Partner operation
This design provides reusable components, which contain connection settings such as username, password, and repository information. After configuring your connection and connector operation, you can use the connector within a process to send and receive data.
When you define the QAD Redzone – Partner connector properly in your process, Integration can map to and from virtually any system to send or retrieve data from Redzone.
Supported editions
The connector supports the Redzone REST API endpoints.
Prerequisites
Before using the connector:
- Enable REST API access for your Redzone account.
- In Redzone, create an API Client Application and obtain the Client ID and Client Secret.
- Verify your Redzone API URL is reachable from your Boomi runtime.
