Import certificates
To use X-509 authentication with the MongoDB connector, you must import two types of certificates (User Certificate, CA Certificate).
Prerequisites
- A MongoDB connection configured to use X.509 authentication.
- The CA certificate file ready for import (no password required).
- The user certificate file and its password ready for import.
About this task
For the CA certificate import, use the Add (+) icon against the CA Certificate field and follow steps 2 - 5. CA certificate import does not require a password.
Procedure

Navigate to the Connector’s Connection tab, in the User Certificate field, click the Add (+) icon.

In the New Certificate section, provide the certificate name.

Click the Import button.

Choose the certificate file from your local system and specify the user certificate password.

Click the Finish button. A confirmation message appears indicating that the certificate uploaded successfully.
