Overview
For each flow launched within your tenant, the Insights Dashboard page offers a view that includes Usage, Errors, and Anomalies. You can also dive down into specific flows to examine comprehensive status.
Navigation
Select Dashboard from the left-hand menu.
Page overview
The dashboard is divided into three areas:
- Usage
- Errors
- Anomalies
Usage
- The Flow Usage chart on the left-side of the page provides a visual overview of the number of times flows have been launched within the selected date range. Hover over a date on the chart to view details of the number of launches.
- From this view you can filter each chart by date.
- You may filter the chart to see flow usage in the previous 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, and 1 year.
- If you click on a Flow to view states, you can also view the Connector log.
Errors
- The Flow Errors chart on the center of the page provides a visual overview of all state errors for a tenant. You can hover over a date on the chart to view details of the number of errors.
- This chart aggregates all the data within the selected range into a single line so you can see visually how each of these data sets trend over time. From this view you can filter each chart by date.
- You may filter the chart to see flow usage in the previous 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, and 1 year.
Anomalies
- The Flow Anomaly Detection chart on the right-side of the page provides a visual overview of all the anomalies detected. You can hover over a date on the chart to view details of the number of anomalies. From this view you can filter each chart by date.
- You may filter the chart to see flow usage in the previous 24 hours, 3 days, and 7 days.
- The bar chart is made of anomalies with three types of anomalies, Error Rate, Step Time, and Flow Usage.
