Importing a value into a Flow

Values can be imported and used as shared elements in multiple flows within a tenant.

To import a value into a Flow:

1. Open the Flow you wish to import the type into.
2. Click Shared Elements in the right-hand menu on the Flow canvas. Refer to Shared Elements.
3. The Shared Elements form is displayed. Select the Values tab.
4. Click the Import Existing button.
5. All the available values in the tenant are displayed. Click Import next to the value you wish to import into the Flow.
6. Repeat the process for any values you wish to add.
7. Click Close to import the values and return to the Flow canvas.
