Removing tenants from an Organization

Tenants can be removed from an Organization by an Administrator.

Removing a tenant is permanent and will also remove any associated subtenants from the Organization. To rejoin an Organization, a new tenant invitation will need to be sent to the tenant.

Removing a tenant from an Organization

To remove a tenant from an Organization:

1. Navigate to the Organization Settings page. See Organization Settings page for Organization Administrators.

2. In the Tenants in the organization table, click the Delete icon in the Actions column in the tenant row containing the top-level tenant that you wish to remove from the Organization.

3. The Remove Tenant form is displayed:

   • Click Remove to remove the tenant and associated subtenants from the Organization.

   • Click Cancel to cancel the tenant removal and return to the Organization Settings page.

4. If you have confirmed the tenant removal, the tenant and associated subtenants are removed from the Organization.

   • The Tenants in the organization table updates to reflect the tenant removal.

   • The user account associated with the tenant receives an email invitation informing them that the tenant has been removed from the Organization.
