Importing a macro into a Flow

Macros are shared elements that can be imported into and used in multiple flows in a tenant.

To import a macro into a Flow:

1. Open the Flow you wish to import the macro into.
2. Click Shared Elements in the right-hand menu on the Flow canvas.
3. The Shared Elements form is displayed. Select the Macros tab.
4. Click the Import Existing button.
5. All the available macros in the tenant are displayed. Click Import next to the macro you wish to import into the Flow.
6. Repeat the process for any macros you wish to add.
7. Click Close to import the macros and return to the Flow canvas.
